# The Cohort One programme

Cohort One runs over 12 months in four phases, in order, until the company is
fundable.

1. **Months 01-03 — Validate and harden.** Problem validation, eval design, production observability, reliability and inference-cost discipline.
2. **Months 04-06 — Margins and moat.** Pricing, retention loops, the defensibility narrative, distribution experiments and the mid-programme reset.
3. **Months 07-09 — Distribution and sales.** AI-native sales engineering, pilots, LLM-surface presence, community, and an enterprise or PLG motion.
4. **Months 10-12 — Raise or compound.** Data room, investor story, warm introductions, Demo Day readiness and post-programme fundraising support.

## The method

Discovery, then Build, then Support — in that order.

- **Discovery** finds the constraint that actually decides whether the company grows. Output: a sharper wedge, explicit metrics and a 30-day operating target.
- **Build** works directly on the systems, evals, agents, distribution surfaces and investor materials. Output: proof that can survive customers, costs and diligence.
- **Support** stays in the rhythm long enough for retention, sales and capital to become real. Output: a company that is easier to fund, sell and keep alive.

## The three tiers

### Basic — $1,000 per month

For founders who want the full room, monthly partner pressure and conditional
investor activation.

- Co-pitching in five or more investor meetings.
- A dedicated investor package.
- Priority founder-fund consideration.
